MOTIVATION LETTER
when you enter a university,
you are asked to write an essay of motivation,
where you - obviously - need to mention your own diversity
in order to earn at least some kind of approbation
when you try to find a place, where you'll possibly fit
in. when you try to prove that you're a right choice, albeit
you're not only not actually sure you are
it's more likely you don't have a clue. you're a scar
on someone's body and not even a full part of it.
so how can you possibly serenade to mysterious features that make you split
up between you and your so-called better self?
I'm not what you expect me to be
I don't want to let you put myself on a shelf
and decide, whether my social activity is enough.
I want to feel free
of all these boundaries and live a life,
where my place is waiting for me.
I have no strength left to strive
